Conway...I
have been training with John Burrows for three years now
and can't say enough about how thrilled I am with the results.
John truly cares about his clients and their individual needs.
Over the past few years John has done an outstanding job keeping our
sessions "fresh" and challenging. I had never spent any time
in a gym before meeting John and his patience with me was tremendous
and ultimately what kept me coming back week after week.
Working with John has significantly improved my health and mental
well being. My only
regret is that I didn't begin
working with John sooner - Thanks for
everything!
Karen Hildenbrand...I
started taking classes through wellness today about 3 years ago. The
classes made my workout routine much more interesting and provided
me extra progress in my level of health and fitness. By working out
on my own a couple of days a week and incorporating classes into the
other days during the week, I remained dedicated to my workouts. I
always looked forward to Mondays and Wednesdays because of the
intensity of these workouts and the support that you experience in a
class with others, which seems to keep many people much more
disciplined in completing their workout at a maximum level. The
instructors were knowledgeable and particularly Deanna was helpful in
advising me on my form during Pilates, which was important for me
because I've had severe back problems in the past. Overall, these
classes benefited me in my physical shape and gave me a mental break
or outlet during the workday.

Trasatti...I have had the pleasure of working with
Lisa and her organization for at least 10 years. Because of Lisa's
inspiration and those on her team, I think I enjoy good health and
flexibility. Lisa's enthusiasm and
professionalism is something special, she really takes an interest
in and cares about those in her fitness programs. She, and those on
her team, take the time to make sure people are doing the exercises
correctly, which is very important. Many people who have never
worked for other companies may not realize what a luxury it is to
have a fitness program come to their workplace. Lisa has designed
programs for people at MBNA, keeping in mind the time frames and
facilities available, and frequently uses feedback from participants
to change things when necessary. Because of this, we have been able
to sample many of the latest fitness programs available such as
Pilates, without even having to leave the building. In
summary, I think we are very fortunate to have Lisa be a part of
MBNA's fitness program, it has been a tremendous asset to the mental
and physical health of all who have taken her
classes.
Kevin Brune...The
staff at the Fitness
Center have been tremendous to work with over the past 4 years.
During that time they have helped me reduce my weight from 216 lbs
to 186 pounds. The staff is extremely polite and courteous and
always offering suggestions to improve my workout or add some
variety to it. They are also very friendly and a pleasure to work
with. My workout has gone from being a chore to being one of the
best parts of my day!
SueAnn Hougentogler...Well, I don't
know where to begin. I can't say enough about Wellness Today.
Lisa and her staff are
wonderful. Lisa named her company well. She is truly concerned about
the well being of her clients physically, mentally and emotionally.
Every one of Lisa's staff that I have met have been very
knowledgeable about fitness and always take the time to answer
questions or make suggestions. I have been a faithful participant in
the fitness classes for many years and will continue for as long as
they are offered and hopefully that is for a long time to come.
